🏗️ Nearing Completion: Soft-Story Retrofit Project Update

We’re excited to share that our current soft-story retrofit project is nearing completion!
Our team has successfully installed the steel beams — a key structural reinforcement that dramatically improves the building’s ability to withstand seismic forces. These beams serve as the backbone of the retrofit, addressing the building’s previous vulnerability at the ground-floor level.
With the structural upgrades in place, we’re now preparing for the final phase: stucco application, which will restore the exterior to its original appearance while sealing in the reinforced framework.
This building, once at high risk during an earthquake due to its soft-story configuration, is now structurally sound and code-compliant — ready to stand strong when the next big one hits.
