Foundation and Site Inspection is FREE for properties that are not for sale. The Foundation Inspection Fee for structures that are for sale is:

  • $150 for one (1) structure
  • Add $50 to the above for each additional structure on the same lot
  • Add $50 to the foundation inspection fee to avail of Drainage Inspection

Inspection fees will be credited to clients who contract Sinai Construction, Inc. to perform the structural work required, if any.

Why Request a Foundation and Site Inspection?

There are several benefits to a home inspection prior to the sale of a property.

  • For realtors:
    Foundation inspection reduces liability and protects your clients. It can save a deal from falling through due to exaggerated fear of potential damage.

    • Misaligned doors

    • Cracks in the floor or tile
    • Sloping of the floor
  • On crawl spaces and basement:
    • Walls that are not plumb or are rotating in or out
    • Visible cracks
    • Improper or failing construction
    • Water intrusion

The construction management team reviews each individual case and determines the recommendations, options and scope of work involved. An estimate is subsequently performed and the customer is promptly provided a proposal describing the terms and work to be done.
