Why Request a Foundation and Site Inspection?

There are several benefits to a home inspection prior to the sale of a property.

  • For realtors:
Foundation inspection reduces liability and protects your clients. It can save a deal from falling through due to exaggerated fear of potential damage.

  • For sellers:
You can be informed ahead of time about the condition of your property's foundation, and this helps reduce your liability. Getting an inspection beforehand also means that you can get a competitive and honest assessment of repair costs.

  • For buyers:
You will benefit from our professional opinion on the extent of repairs needed. This will help you receive proper credit for necessary repairs.

  • For lenders:
You can ascertain a property's fit as loan collateral or security.

"Sinai Construction redefines professionalism in the Los Angeles construction business! Of all the construction companies I've called to evaluate the repairs needed for our home's foundation, only Sinai Construction took the time to inspect the actual foundations, take pictures, make a detailed report and explain to me not just the repairs needed to be done but what caused the damage in the first place."
